When people walk by Karen on the street and see her trendy
Cambodian accessories, they seem to be compelled to ask
“where did you get your purse?” or “what a great skirt!” and her
response is always the same. Like a proud grandma, she takes
out pictures and tells them about the precious kids she is caring
for in partnership with Warm Blankets Orphan Care.
In addition to sponsoring a whole home in Cambodia, Karen has
led mission trips, taken on numerous projects, has gathered
dozens of people together to sponsor another Church Orphan
Home and is working on a third! Warm Blankets Orphan Care
even helped her build a website as she works to reach her goals.
