Who is Warm Blankets Orphan Care, International? WBOC is a Non-Government Organization. We establish permanent Biblical solutions to injustice in areas of extreme instability. We focus first on orphans and vulnerable children and then on the complete surrounding community. How do we do it? First we partner with foundations and other Non-Government Organizations to build the buildings and the infrastructure, then we ask friends, families and church small groups to share in the support of the children we have saved and the families being restored through the church. Where do we serve? Cambodia, India, DR Congo, Kenya, Uganda, Indonesia, Thailand, Tanzania, Sudan, Burkina Faso and Pakistan.
